SAP UI5 page does not load until cache is cleared.

Hi All,

We have developed a custom SAP UI5 app hosted on SAP BTP Cloud version and have been facing issues like the entire screen going blank suddenly. At first glance looks like the bootstrapping is failing at some point.

FYI, we haven't made any recent deployments.

The issue is resolved when we clear the browser cache.

Please find attached the screenshot of error we captured in the debug console.

Would really appreciate if we have a fix for this issue as the error mentioned is not something we have added in the custom code.

Hi,

I have a similar problem. Today for every apps (cap applications) on BTP, if users try access to them from Managed Application Router provided by SAP Launchpad, a blank/empty page is shown.

All business is blocked.

I cannot run the apps even locally, same empty page shown.

Below error appearing in console

No changes on code, no deploy made since months. Is there a workaround to fix it temporarily?
Please we need help.

Any solution? Experiencing the same issue. All ok this morning, no changes suddenly nothing works anymore!

How do you actually consume SAPUI5 in your application and in particular how does the bootstrap URL looks like?
