We have a SAP TREX 7.10 revision 52 in LINUX RHEL5 and we want to install TREX 7.10 revision 79 in RHEL7
We installed a new SAP TREX with destination level and we want to migrate old version to new version. It is possible?
We have in mind several path:
1. Install RHEL7 and install TREX 7.10 revision 52 and upgrade afterwards to Revision 79
2. Migrate tool from source system to new system. We have a document to do that from 6.0 to 6.1 and we want to know if there is a fresh document
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Angel.
I am not sure, you can use the python script to take backup of the source Trex and restore the same in the target with same Trex Sid. and also follow the sap note to create the python script
975965 - TREX 7.0/7.1: Data backup (online) and recovery
Sorry for the delay reply.
Regards
