SAP TDMS Accessing Project in error

Hello,

We are getting below error  while accessing the newly created TDMS Project in transaction TDMS.

"Method call failed; the method IWCI_BTP_WD_OIF_EMBED_IF~IS_VISIBLE of the class CLF_COMPONENTCONTROLLER_CTR is not implemented "

Cross verified the TDMS_CFGCHK all green status.

We are using TDMS Version DMIS    2011_1_731    0027 and DMIS_CNT    2011_1_731    0027.

Can some one pls advise.
