In the Tinexta environment, to connect to the Datasphere environment, an MFA authentication process has been put in place. I was wondering, in such circumstances, which are the Sap best practices to enable the user devoted to you (the Sap Support User) to connect to the Datasphere environment. Now, to enable to your team to connect, we have temporally disabled the MFA authentication process, but I suppose that this cannot be a stable solution, even considering that in the future we will need your assistance for the Production environment, where we will not be authorized to disable the MFA authentication process. I hope you got my point.
