Hi
I have logged a case with SAP Support for a solution involving a SAP BTP ABAP environment. The SAP Support Consultant has requested access to the BTP ABAP environment.
I have searched the help, forums and SAP notes however I could find no documentation on how to create the necessary SAP Support Technical user. I can see a _SAPSUPPORT technical user but I see no way to set a password for the user
I saw somewhere that the system does not need a SAProuter set up as SAP can access the URL directly.
The consultant is not in the same time zone as myself and I don't want to lose another day on this so if anyone can provide some input / guidance on this I would appreciate it.

Request clarification before answering.
For BTP ABAP Environment you don't have to (and cannot) provide a support user. Please inform the SAP Support employee that your system is a BTP ABAP Environment System and that he may access the system using the remote connection tools available in the ticketing/incident solution for cloud systems.
