SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Sandbox APIs not working

In SAP Business Accelerator Hub the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Sanbox APIs are not working. Any idea how long these are not available? Is there any other chance to try out these APIs? E.g. how to get a trial environment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central? Thx
