SAP Solution Manager DVM Applications are not showings required information

SAP Solution Manager DVM Applications are not showings required information, like Data Reduction Potentials not available for ECC/S4 and also Regression/ Compression savings not available for S4 system even though we activated the DVM and enabled the DVM under EWA. please check the attached screenshot for your reference and we don't see any errors at solmon_setup for initial/basic configurations, EWA, DVM .

we activated DVM for <SID> - ECC, <SID> - S4 HANA Systems and also there is no errors in RTCCTOOL in all managed and solution manager systems.

we are looking to understand the data reduction potential analysis and number of old records under the tables which are not archiving as expected.

Please allow me to first explain about "No Applicable Data Found" in "Data Reduction Potential", this is because a Potential Savings Analysis has not been scheduled.

To schedule a Potential Savings Analysis and populate the Potential Savings Dashboard with data please see Chapter 3.6.4.1 Potential Savings of the Data Volume Management User Guide.

Regarding the no data available in "Reorganization and Compression Potential", could you please create a new ticket?
