SAP SOLMAN PPM 7.2 - How to get update Confirmed work for a particular Task

Dear Team,

I want to update actual work for a particular task but I am not getting the step to update.

Example: Task planned work is 10 Hours

Work Started when status is in process: 1st day work is 4 hours.

Now I want to update confirmed work for 1st day is 4 hours.

Can you pleas guide me how can I update the 4 hours?

When I complete the Task it's updating as 100% and it's not updating confirmed work also.
