SAP Solman Integration with ServiceNow

We are trying to integrate "ServiceNow" ticketing tool with SAP Solman.Can somebody share some documents/guide please.

Do you want to sync tickets between ServiceNow and Solman Service Desk or do you want to integrate SolMan Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure with ServiceNow?

Hello, I processed according to note 2556872 and it looks promising. Can you please confirm, that this will create tickets in ServiceNow when the System Monitoring generates alerts ? Many thanks!

Are you trying to integrate Service now with help SOA Webservices? Are you on Solution manager 7.2 if yes standard web service sap has proposed for integration
