SAP Smartform: overlapped letters when print directly to printer.

I got the problem when we print directly the form from SAP. When we print-review and export to PDF, the form is OK.

How is your printer set up? Does it have the right styles. Once you download it - It no longer uses SAP to print. If you display it, then you aren't using the printer. What does it look like when you spool it?

when we print via SP01, the form is Ok. I think the printer cannot recognize the Arial font. so that I changed the font form ARIAL to HELV and it work. the form is printed well now

this issue sometime happen, not at all time. and when we re-print vai SP01, the form is OK.

I changed font form ARIAL to HELV and this issue was resolved. I don't know why we got this issue.

I think the printer cannot recognize the ARIAL font.
