In SM21 I find the following error
Database error 0 with INS access to table /1LT/20000026666
My problem is that I don't know how to find out which table in which replication is failing.
Does anyone know a good way to find this out?
Probably there is some IUUC_ table which stores a mapping.

You don't need to know what table is missing.
You have to check configurations on SLT server that have an error status. If SLT server can't replicate data for some reason the according table get the ERROR status. And you can check the application log for the details.

Try this:
IUUC_LOGTAB_ID - Tables with /1CADMC/ in SM21
IUUC_TAB_ID - with /1LT/ in SM21
