SAP SIGNAVIO PROCESS INTELLIGENCE: Unkown IP adress appearing during SAP RFC connection

We are trying to set up a connection between a SAP ECC 7.5 SP31 system and SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Process Intelligence using the SAP RFC connection option ( no On premise connector). We are getting the following error
"Checking credentials: rejected. Reason: Initialization of destination ... failed. ".

Our suspicion is that this may be related to some blocked IP adresses. We saw that the following IP adress is sending packets "46.105.70.90" on ports ports 20200 and 20500. I was unable to find this IP adress in any Signavio documentation, or any SAP documentation for that matter.

I wanted to ask if anyone has encountered this problem and this IP adress before and whether anyone knows if this is an SAP related IP adress?
I would also be very happy about any solution to this issue
