SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Delete an on premis extractor

Hi,

I would like to delete a On-Premises Extractor in the Process Intelligence. I Followed the Guidline: Delete an on-premises extractor | SAP Help Portal but I get the Folloing Error:

Error: no-connection

Error Id: no-connection
