SAP Signavio_How to add two types of time in one task element

Hi. I've got few questions while using process manager. 

1. I have to put two types of time (running time, waiting time) in one task element. However, in the attribute tab, it seems like I can only put one type of time in 'execution time'. Is there a way to put 'waiting time' in each task?

2. How do I handle when multiple departments starts the task at the same time? Shoud I create additional pool and put start event?

3. Does Process Governance has the function of 'changed history management' ?

4. Within one process modeling, Is is possible to use multiple 'End event'? Additionally, what is the exact situation to use 'end message event'? Should I use the 'End Event Message' with the message flow?
