We are very frequently getting - HTTP Code 401 with message: <html><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0"><body onload="Javascript:document.location.reload(tru e);"><H1>Your browser is not configured for using SPNego<) during sync.
But after synchronising for couple of times, this error goes away and the sync is successful.
When we get above error, in the gateway traces we do not see any requests coming in, so we are currently under the impression that this issue must be because of either the web dispatcher or the cloud connector.
We have checked the logs but unable to find any leads on this issue. Any inputs please on this issue?
