SAP screens not detected as SAP GUI while capturing an Application

Hello Bot Devs,
In my SAP IRPA Cloud studio project, I am facing a problem with SAP GUI screen capturing, where both client and server side scripting is enabled. still while capturing a SAP screen, the tool only identifies it through UI automation and not SAP GUI technology.
My colleague who is using the same settings, system as well as the same project is able to do the same and capture the screens with SAP GUI technology without any problem.

We are using the same version, build and patch level of SAP Logon application.

At this point I am not really sure what I am missing here.

Hi Amit,

Could you please check the following:

1. Are you both using the same user id to login to SAP?

2. If not, then could you please check the access given to the user id in SAP? Does the user id being used by you have scripting access in SAP system being captured?

3. Finally, if you use another system but with your credentials, does the issue remain?

Hello, yes we were using the same user id to troubleshoot the issue.

However after reinstalling the sap logon and the desktop agent the issue seems to be resolved now.
