SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP3 - Control Overwrite

Hi All,

I'm trying to merge tabs in transactions XD01. I've created 3 flavors (one for General Data/one for Company Code/ one for Sales Area Data) and I switch to the flavor for the appropriate Customer Data upon selection of the button. When I try to merge data from the "Payment Transactions" to the " Tab, the data is not sticking.

I've set a default value for "Tolerance Group" in the flavor, but each time I enter the flavor and navigate to the "Company Code" info, it asks for me to fill in the field:

Once I've filled in the field, it moves to the "Account Management" Tab.

I believe this has to do with Control Overwrite, I've maintained the following entry:

However, after creating a brand new flavor, I still face this same issue. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in Advance!

Hi Erin,

Are you seeing the IDs change dynamically for the controls you are pointing to?

If yes, then surely you would need control overwrite entries. But make sure they are correct ones.

If you have example of changing control id, then please share.

About the behavior you are seeing, are there any mandatory fields which you are skipping?

Hi Sushant,

We actually have opened an incident with SAP about this. They're able to reproduce and they're currently taking a look at it. Hopefully I'll be able to post the resolution soon.
