In my SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, on a "Call List" entity record, I have 5 "Call Participants" of Contact type. I deleted 4 of them and tried to "import-create" (Settings --> Import and Export Data) the same Contacts through an EXCEL file.
I followed the SOP by downloading the Latest Calllist Participants Template, added the data that I got through the Export of records on Call List before deleting the contacts. Created a zip file of EXCEL. But I am constantly getting an error as "Operation failed. Please contact the support team." I even tried to import-create individual EXCEL file and also CSV file of UTF-8 type.
Even in Documentation, it asks to raise a case when this error is displayed.
