SAP SAC Scheduled Custom Widget

Hi Experts,

I've been exploring the setup of a scheduled task within SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to run / trigger a customized widget within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The aim is to utilize this widget within SAP SAC to transform a CSV file into an Excel format while preserving the formatting of tables within the story (including colors, fonts, etc.). Subsequently, this Excel file will be distributed via email to both SAC and non-SAC users as a publication.

I'm curious to know if there are viable options to leverage the REST API functionalities within BTP to execute the custom widget within SAP SAC and subsequently distribute publications to both SAC and non-SAC users.

Your insights and guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi 

You can use export to excel API in SAC and in BTP you can use email scheduler or Build RPA workflow to sent that file to all the receipants 

You can also use REST API but in that I think we can not maintain the exact formating of table.
