Hi,
I want emails to be sent when a project billing request is approved or rejected to the person who triggered the workflow.
What I already did:
If I create an Email Template with the Name YY1_01800259_CRT_ALL an Email is trigged as you can see in this Screenshot:
But nothing happens with the templates YY1_01800259_COMPLETE_POSITIVE and YY1_01800259_COMPLETE_NEGATIVE.
Can someone please help me with this?

thank you for raising this question. On the first look it seems that the e-mail templates are not correctly named and missing the "_CRT_" part in the pattern, see the note in step 3 of below configuration help:
Copy the pre-delivered e-mail template SWF_CRT_NOTIFY_RECIPIENTS into the custom name space. The custom template must follow this pattern: <YY1>_<ScenarioId>_CRT_ALL, or <YY1>_<ScenarioId>_<CRT>_<ACTIVITY_NODEID>
