SAP S/4HANA 1909 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance - Activate on GCP

I am trying to activate S/4HANA 1909 from cal.sap.com, and getting an error message.

The operation Resume is not allowed for the solution instance “SAPS4HANA”. Can anyone provide inputs on this and appreciate your help.

Thanks Aleksander for your response. I have requested N2_CPUS limit to 10 and once it is approved, i will check out it. thanks and will let you know if any issues.
