SAP S/4HANA 1809 FPS02, Fully-Activated Appliance: Failed on Azure

The instance has the Status Prepared.

But Operations equals Failed.

Details shows 'Failed Operation' 'Start' on Step 'Check Available Resources'.

Operation Start failed on step Check Available Resources with message: AZURERM: The subscription policy limit for resouce type (Total Regional vCPU' was exceeded.

Can somebody tell me whats is wrong?

I know this doesn't help - but I had no issue spinning up 1809 on AWS....and it was my first time using AWS in years

Hello Paul,

this solution landscape consists of 4 VMs is one of the biggest in our Library.

The VM types and sizes in Azure are:

E32S_v3 (32 cores, 256GB memory, SSD)

D4S_v3 (4 cores, 16GB memory, SSD)

E4_v3 (4 cores, 32GB memory, HDD)

E4_v3 (4 cores, 32GB memory, HDD)

Obviously you don't have enough vCPUs and you have to increase your quota.
