Hi all,
We have a process that is triggered with a 5 minute timer (which I trigger it by clicking the run now) from Trigger Tab in the Environment from Control Tower in Build Lobby. Process run and executes the approval form. I give a list of email ID (for which we have created the users in BTP and the Custom IDP as well) and I see the tasks as a developer in my inbox but for others (who are given the process participant role), the same tasks are not visible. I gave the email list as comma seperated in the receipient list in the approval form and still they are not able to access the task. I created the user group and added all the user's in the custom IDP that I have using the administrator access and used that group in the group section for the approval form and still the inbox is not showing the tasks. I am the sub account administrator and other who want to the see the tasks are process participants. I am not sure what is missing that make the inbox not to show the tasks for others even though they are added to the group in the custom IDP.
Request clarification before answering.
