SAP Predictive Analysis tool closed while doing automated analysis

Hello Expert ,

I am facing some issue with SAP PA 2.5 tool. I am doing time series analysis. I have customer and date wise data for one year. After selecting variable , i am generating model. then it suddenly get closed.

So there is no error message while doing this process.

kindly help me to resolve this issue.

A known issue is when using xlsx ; the workaround is to use xls or csv

Let me try xls or CSV.

Hi Yogesh, the answer from SAP support here was: "They would support if your company has a support contract with SAP" - then you should be able to submit a ticket.

Hi,

By using xls and csv , I am able to work on SAP PA. Only problem is to using xls ,there is limitation of records ie. 65536.

   So i am using CSV for more records.
