SAP PO FCC CSV File different language header text.

I am working on Proxy to SFTP scenario in PO where I have to do file content conversion for a CSV file at output.

In my SFTP channel I have given the File conversion Bean and my output is not what I am expecting.

In my CSV output file everything is fine but I need Header details in Japanese language which is not happening, please see attach output file.

Let me know where I am wrong and what corrections need to be done to fix this."

File Output image is attached, in the output box marked red should have Japanese text but we are getting some encoding values.

Kindly help me here to resolve the issue.
