SAP PO 7.5 SP 14, Duplicate Message Exception

Hi Experts,

We use PO 7.5 SP 14; we have a senario from a legacy system (AS400 with DB2 ) to S4 Hana.

PO execute a query to select information and then make the update statement.

In the log i see the next information:

why i see a double update execution ?

why, if never the information is equals, PO generate a duplicateMessage Exception?

This is my sender adapter module configuration :

The logSQLStatement is set to true because in the SAP System,sometimes the information "arrive" two times (not all, some rows ) ...

Maybe, i need aply a SAP note?

Your log says - integrity constraint violation, could you please check the UPDATE query ?
