SAP Personal Settings - Modal Dialog box is reverting after logging of of sap

Currently we have 3 BOT uipath automations. We are using Service type ids in sap for the automations. All ids have the same sap security including the S_SCR = Execute as specified in the uipath scripting configuration documentation. All sap client side and service setting have also been set. However, for 2 of the three id the modal dialog box reverts back to personal. The BOT ids are access sap through a citrix environment. Any suggestions on what our issue could be?

After Logging off and Back in to sap settings revert back to "in Performance Assistant"

Hi,

Not sure we can help here as you are not using SAP Intelligent RPA. You need to check with the application itself, this is not related to matter with Intelligent RPA
