SAP not open after up gradation from 2402 to 250

Thanks for your help,
Sap upgradation is successfully done from 2402 to 250. But now I'm unable to open SAP Application after upgradation from 2402 to 250.
We have also upgraded repository from 2402 to 250 and uninstalled & re-installed sap application from b1_shf network folder. we have successfully open SLD.
But when we open sap b1, then sap is not opening and not showing any error.

I’m unable to run (Select * from CINF) command in common Database please find attachment facing error. Also unable to delete common database.

I have uninstall Sap client, restart DB server & services also SLD is working fine but unable to open asp application

Please guide us how to open sap application.

You need to check SINF in Common DB as mentioned previously.

Please restart SLD service and check issue again.

If still having same issue, please reinstall SAP Business One Client and check issue again after this.

Dear Expert,

I’ve attached a screenshot showing that both the common database and the company database versions are the same. Despite this, I’m still unable to open the SAP software following the database upgrade.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Please check SINF in common db.

Please check if the common db and company db shows same version in the backend (from hana studio).
