SAP netweaver portal issue

Hi All,

Using BeX portfolio (iOPS Portal), I can navigate using the menu but when use any of the links on the screen either to run the reports or to actually naviagate using <next page> or <page 25-32> none of the navigation links actually work. I am running IE8 update version 0 and Java 6 update 27.

Thanks,

Jack

Dear Jack,

I would suggest you; please check the compatibility view setting of your IE8 browser.

Go to Menu Tools-> Compatibility View Setting -> Checked (Display all websites in Compatibility View) -> Close. After that, restart your browser.

Thanks

Hi Jack,

I would also still recommend to adjust your IE compatibility view settings and check. Only that instead of checking the box to display all websites in compatibility view, you may want to do below steps:

1. Login into the Portal from IE8 browser using FQDN URL of the Portal.

2. In same window now go to Menu Tools-> Compatibility View Setting.

2. Uncheck "Display all websites in Compatibility View".

3. You would see the domain name of your portal as suggesting to ADD to list of sites to be shown in compatibility view.

4. Click ADD to add the same to that list.

5. Now close the tool.

6. The IE browser will trigger a refresh of itself and re-loads the portal page.

7. Can then test again.

Thanks,

Swapna Priya.
