SAP MY Inbox Issue with SAP Fiori launchpad multiple systems ( S4 ECC and CRM )

Hello Experts,

Need your expert advice here please -

Background:

• We  have one MyInbox and processes workflows initiated in CRM as well as S4.
• CRM System Alias was used to enable one MyInbox for both the systems.
• Realization today that a manager must have an ID in both the systems or MyInbox has errors.
• We have many managers who do not have a CRM id
• Managers are not real SAP users but they receive mail with a link which navigates them to MyInbox for approvals.

Plans:

• Disable CRM Alias to allow Managers to approve S4 workflows
• Copy MyInbox so we will have two MyInboxes (one for S4 workflows and one for CRM workflows)

Where we are:

• CRM Alias has been disabled
• We are having challenges creating a secondary MyInbox for CRM workflows

What is needed:

• Requesting your help in how to create second CRM MyInBox  or suggest alternatives for CRM workflows.

If you need separate CRM inbox, extend standard my inbox and redefine service mapping with crm system alias
