Hello,
I'm completing the Mission: Create your first mobile app with the Mobile Development Kit using Cloud Foundry and iOS. I'm currently on Step 4 of Create an MDK Offline App and have downloaded the SAP Mobile Services Client app v4.1.2.
When I attempt to launch the app using the QR code I always receive the error 'Failed to onboard!' as shown below. I've tried going into my User defined in the app and reseting the data, but it doesn't solve the problem.
Does any know how to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Mike

Are you using CF trial account? Please check the status of "Mobile services"app in the CF cockpit.
https://cockpit.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit#/home/trial > Enter your trial account > click subaccount > Spaces
If it is in stopped mode, start it.
Once "Started", kill the app from background, re-scan the QR code, you should be able to on-board now.
P.S. Running apps on CF trial are put into Stopped mode every night to save some resources. You need to manual start it for further use.

Hey Jitendra,
Yes, I'm using a CF trial account. I have verified that the app started, but the text 'Started' was in red indicating there was an error. I tried restarting the app, which then displayed for a couple mins with an error, but the error is now gone and I have no idea what it was or what caused it.
I'm now able to access the app!
Thank you for your help.
Mike
