Sap Mobile Services Client enforce browser for corporate security requirement

Hi,

We are developing the mobile application with SAP Mobile Services for security corporate reasons (INTUNE) we need to ensure that it is running on Microsoft Edge.

Is there a way to enforce this on the SAP standard app or a custom SAP Mobile Services Client.

Thank you for the shared details about the raised query.

Regarding your question about enforcing a specific browser, such as Edge, please notice that it's not possible: the MDK client only supports using WebView or the device's browser for authentication. We do not have any option to force the use of Edge for this kind of objective.  

Nevertheless, we can provide one alternative suggestion: try to create a branded client and there you can enable "AllowCerts" in the "ConnectionSettings" to have the client call the device's browser.

Regarding being able to enforce only Edge during browser calls, there are some documented alternatives that can be done on Intune's side. Therefore, please make sure to check with your Intune's expert or responsible to clarify the possible alternatives there.
