SAP Mobile Cards in SAP Mobile Services Cockpit results in Application no created error.

Hello there I am starting this tutorial and after completing the pre-requisites step I get to this step(see first image):

When I "click SAP Mobile Cards" this is the result(see second image):

I get that the application is not created error is saying there is no application but I thought it was here where I create one. Is there any guidance on this. I searched through the notes to see if anyone ran into this and could not find anything useful.
