2. Introduction

3. Requirements
Business Requirements Describe the business need and objectives.

4. Process Flow
Flow Diagrams Include any process flow diagrams or data flow diagrams if needed.
5. Data Requirements
Data Elements Specify data fields, structures, and any data sources involved.
6. User Interface
Screens Describe the user interface, including mock-ups if possible.
7. Assumptions and Constraints
Assumptions Any assumptions made during the specification.
Constraints Constraints or limitations to be aware of.
8. Acceptance Criteria
Define the criteria that will be used to test the functionality.
