Hi community!
I have searched all over but i couldnt find information regarding this.
A Cloud customer can authorize a partner for case/incident creation and management
But can we get authorized to manage their service requests from our S user?
Request clarification before answering.
Yes, a partner can create service requests on behalf of a customer in SAP for Me, provided the customer has granted the necessary authorization using the Service Partner User Management application. This allows partners to use their own S-user IDs to create and manage cases on behalf of authorized customers.
