SAP MDK Asset Manager random sync error 401 or host unknown

Hello,
We are using SAP Service and Asset Manager 2310. Sometimes during the synchronization, an error occurs on the client side.

"Failed to establish a socket connection to the server Error description: java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "... .eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com": No address associated with hostname"
or
invalid authentication "Delta download for an Offline OData client failed. Reason: Retrieve feed "https://....eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com/DEST_SAM2310_PPROP/$batch" failed because the OData server returned HTTP code 401, with message:"

There is no internet problem on the client's side. Error typically occurs in the later phase of the synchronization. Sometimes synchronization passes, sometimes it does not. I do not know why it says UnknownHostException, but at the same time, there is no network problem. Maybe token expiration?

Thanks for posting this question. We face same error on SAM 2305. I'm also looking for an answer.

401 error was caused by Cloud Connector and Principal Propagation. User certificate created by CC has 1 hour lifetime by default. Sync fails if certificates expire during the synchronization.
