In Change Request Tracker, description not getting reflect

Like what are the ways to get fix....

Hi SCN Folks, 

got the solution the only thing needs to give is - in initiator row, after initiator step member need to assign in Next Step Column, 

Once it get done in SAP MDG IMG, Come back to fiori CR
