Hello,
my colleague has a SAP LOGON issue.
The properties are hidden and new entries are gone after restart.
I have already compared the logon settings with my settings, no differences at all.
Request clarification before answering.
Hello Nico,
please take a look at the SAP GUI Administration Guide in the Appendix section about SAP Logon. It exists many registry entries to hide information and the path to the landscape file. Perhaps is here the difference.
Best regards
Stefan

Hi Nico.
You can try the following checks
1. Based on your SAPGUI version, have you updated the latest SP patch? refer the SAP Note 3004171
2. After restarting the system, any script getting executed and change the SAP configuration files?

Hi Nico.
Based on your SAPGUI version, the configuration files are where it is getting stored? either local or any network drive?
