Hello,
we got a Problem in our Citrix environment.
This does not happen on all servers, but only on a few. As soon as you start SAP Logon, it gets stuck in the “SAP GUI for Windows” window. This happens to all users on this server, whether they are normal or admin users.
Since it is a Citrix environment, all servers are the same. If the affected server is restarted, the problem is solved. We restart the servers at night because the write cache disk is cleaned up.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

1. What is the server version? is it supported by SAPGUI 7.70?
2. SAPGUI 7.70 No longer supported support from SAP, refer to the SAP note 147519
