SAP ITS mobile service ( SICF) not working after upgrade EH5 KERNEL 721 to EHP7 KERNEL 749

Hello, We are presently on SAP ECC6.0 EHP5 and we are using ITS mobile application on mobile device. Our basis team upgraded the sap system to EHP7 with Kernel 749 and Net weaver 7.4

The ITS mobile service which was giving as expected in EHP5 does not show same results after upgrade. We are using Intermec devices CK3R. This device runs of windows OS and Intermec browser. We would like to deactivate the browser checking in ITS mobile service and then it should work with intermec industrial browser.

Hi Aroon,

ITSmobile applcations don't check web browser version.

As you have performed an upgrade, be sure to follow the additional steps from KBA 2242078. The service should work again.
