SAP IRPA - Your job cannot be distributed because no unattended agent is available

Hello,

I am running the automation through API trigger in VDI (Server system). When I run the API Trigger, the automation job is stuck with the following error: "Your job cannot be distributed because no unattended agent is available" (screenshot attached). Also the agent information is blank (screenshot attached)

- I've made sure the desktop agent is in 'unattended' mode.

But when running the trigger in my Local System, the automation is working fine.

Appreciate the community's support in finding a resolution!

Please check the Environments > Agents menu to ensure that the agent has been added and configured correctly.
