Hi Guys,
I am also facing similar issue related to Desktop agent, I have done every possible activity to register the Desktop agent but its not connection.
I have followed SAP guide and tread as well, "https://answers.sap.com/questions/12961317/irpa-desktop-agent-unable-to-complete-authenticati.html?sort=votes"
but still, the problem did not resolve.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Noorie and Roberto,
have you entered your credentials after defined a new tenant?
If you have not seen credentials page, problem can be related with already opened accounts in Internet Explorer,
Desktop Agent is using Explorer(I think it doesn’t check the default browser) browser to confirm credentials after define a tenant,
So if your different account is open on Explorer, input page is not shown and Agent takes errror.
Solution is that, logout the account in page cockpit.hanatrial on Explorer.
