SAP IRPA 2.0 What are the best practices to implement in QAS and PRD environments?

Hi

We have 2 automation projects with a bot (ex: Project A and B). We have one server and in that server, the bot is running.

There are different folders on the server for these projects. Business users need to upload pdf files to these folders. And we have several companies. (Ex: Company X and Y)

Ex:

Company X User 1 needs to upload the pdf file to ProjectACompanyX and Company X User 2 needs to upload the pdf file to ProjectBCompanyX folders.

Company Y User 2 needs to upload the pdf file to ProjectBCompanyY and Company Y User 4 needs to upload the pdf file to ProjectBCompanyY folders.

After the bot executes, notifications are sent to relevant users in the company.

For this scenario, Should we create 4 QAS and 4 PRD environments?

What is the recommended way?

If two companies are using your BOT to upload the files to their respective company folders you should have two tenants for each company .

In each tenant you can create Test and Prod environment and execute the BOT.
