Hello experts,
We already set up the connection from SAP IQ to SAP BW. All the odbc drivers has successfully install.
The connection was okay before, but recently we are buffled when we want to try to test the connection in DBACOCKPIT, and we are having this 'runtime error' where it keeps loading without any respond until the timeout error occured. We are unsure where to check the log to solve this problem, is there any logs that i should check?
The connection between the servers have no problem, we did ping and also dbping. Both received replies without failed.
Tried the connection test in ODBC Administrator in control panel as well , but its the same. no respond, just loading.
If anyone have stumbled across this problem, can you share how do u solve it?
Regards
