SAP IPS sync job failed logs

We have 45k users where the sync job is progressing but I can see only 10 users' details can be downloaded. I have 45k users details.

How I can get details if I want to see why the sync job got failed for users.

Could you please help to get the details?

Hello,

Please read our official documentation about how to download the logs for all failed entities: Download All Error Logs for a Single Job

  1. From the main menu, choose Job Logs tile.

  2. Select a job that has finished with error.

  3. Above the Failed Entities table, choose button Download All Error Logs for This Job.

  4. Choose Download. The job log is downloaded as a ZIP archive. Its name pattern is: ips_jobErrorLogs_<job ID>_<date>_<time>

    Hint: The job ID is at the end of the URL of the selected job in the Identity Provisioning admin console.

  5. Save the ZIP file in your local file system, and then open it to view the log records of all failed entities from this job.
