Pretty sure it's a typo or outdated. The documentation says "Depending on whether the plan is a test (Test), standard (Production), or tandd (Cloud T&D)"
I have reported it a while ago but no response. I do however know since that IAG comes with Test and Prod only. They are meant to be used for DTA for Test, and P for Prod.
There is no sandbox or development for IAG, we couldnt buy it, and they are both updated at the same time.
