Problem Statement - We have a requirement that Service Now or Active Directory gets integrated with SAP IAG and is able to create Access Requests in IAG automatically. We got a confirmation from our AD Team that this API Integration is not possible. We also raised an OSS with SAP and they confirmed back that Service Now Integration with IAG is possible if Service Now is SCIM compatible.
Understanding - The Service now team needs to use the standard IAG API Scenarios to communicate with IAG. But IAG cannot communicate back to Service Now. We got a confirmation that this is a simplex connection. So how can the Access Request status be again sent to Service Now.
Requirement - Please do let us know if you have done any such kind of connection between IAG, Service Now or AD. How can the IAG Access request closure status be communicated with Service Now ?
