SAP Hana Studio installation on Citrix web application

Hello All,

We are trying to install and use Hana Studio application on Citrix application, able to install studio, but while opening the studio getting below error.

Plug-incom.sap.ndb,studio.navigat or was unable to load classcom.sap.ndb.studio.navigat or.NavigatorView

Please help me anyone of you are using Hana studio on Citrix application.

Searched the error "Plug-incom.sap.ndb,studio.navigat or was unable to load classcom.sap.ndb.studio.navigat or.NavigatorView" in SAP knowledge base,

there is no existing documents (SAP note or KBA) or past incidents either. It seems to be a rare case error.

Could you please check if you are using the latest version of HANA studio?

If not, could you please try with the latest version? I hope the error does not occur in latest version.

Current latest version: HANA Studio Version: 2.3.67
