My SAP Hana instance stuck when I clicked on the start button. It's been around 15 hours and it is still showing "STARTING". Any solution for this?screenshot-from-2021-03-19-12-39-54.png

It takes a minute or less for SAP HANA Cloud to power up. You are experiencing "an incident"

just had the same issue in my trial account. In SAP HANA Cloud Central an Instance stuck at "Starting" - after a while of impatience (around 5 minutes) I clicked in SAP BTP Cockpit on the link of my Instance ".....-db" and after clicking in Cockpit it is shown in HANA Cloud Central as "Running" (and green).
Seemed to be only an "display-issue".
