SAP HANA GRC Provisioning - getting error while importing roles into GRC BRM

Hi All,

I am working on HANA GRC Provisioning activity and have performed all the required steps successfully, getting error while uploading the HANA roles into GRC BRM.

This the role template i am using to upload the roles.

Can anybody help me on this? Let me know if there is any other way to upload the HANA roles or what will be business process for the above roles?

Hi Subhradeep,

Business process is assigned based on the roles you have created in HANA DB. For example, if you role is used by Basis team then you will assign Business Process as Basis. If it is used by Functional tracks, then based on the purpose of the role the corresponding business process will be tagged to the role.

Business Process helps to group the roles that belong to same functional process so that when you want to use them for any reporting it will be easy to extract from the system.

Can you kindly help me with the role attributes for a custom composite role? We have created this composite role combining all the basic roles we provide to the practitioners using the system.
